• Transfers Airport / Hotel / Airport. Luggage: one medium size checked bag per passenger; and one small cabin bag

Important Notices:

• Once we book, our team will contact you over WhatsApp.
• A detailed instruction to carry out the itinerary along with all the vouchers shall be emailed 3-4 weeks before departure (If the booking is received closer to departure, the same will be shared within 10 days of the booking).
• An interactive online session 3-4 weeks before departure to walk you through the detailed itinerary and answer questions. This session helps ensure that you feel confident and fully prepared for yourself exploratory journey.
• Priority assistance and guidance will be available over phone and WhatsApp throughout the trip.
• We would like to clarify that this is NOT a group / coach tour. The plan will be only for independent travel for you.
• Although you may be joining groups for certain sightseeing activities (if mentioned in the itinerary) and for your walking tour, overall this is not a coach tour (in which everything is managed from airport to airport).
• Please note that for all sightseeing tours, the activity starts from a meeting point. You are expected to reach the meeting point on your own.
• Transfers from train station/bus station to hotel and vice versa are NOT included. Hence, you can easily use public transportation, or haul a cab. This way the need to manage bags on your own will be limited.
• Note: City Tax and Tourist Tax on hotels is excluded and must be paid at the time of check-in directly at the hotel. It varies from 2-7 EUR per person per night. The tourism tax in Amsterdam varies according to seasons, hotel rating / type of accommodation (03-10 Euro to be paid directly at the hotel).
• Budget Adventures’ packages cater to budget tourists thus offering quality hotels, trips, activities, and/or non-guided (self-guided) tours with tips on what to see and do, if any.
