Goa, Be Awestruck 6D5N

“A kaleidoscopic blend of Indian and Portuguese cultures, sweetened with sun, sea, sand, seafood, susegad and spirituality, Goa is India’s pocket-sized paradise. The Portuguese indelible mark is still evident in the state’s baroque architecture, whitewashed churches, crumbling forts, colourful Catholic ceremonies, mournful fado music and the stunning cathedrals of Old Goa.
…the Indo-Portuguese influence is a treat for the taste buds. While you’re here, visit a back-country spice farm…
Want to top up your Zen as well as your tan? .. sunrise yoga sessions on the beach, reiki healing courses, meditation, and just about every other form of spiritual exploration, are all practiced freely….”

OPTIONAL FULL DAY EXCURSION TO DUDHSAGAR WATERFALLS (Incremental Charge of 120$ per person)
The most impressive waterfalls of Goa (Dudhsagar) lie on its eastern border with Karnataka. Measuring a mighty 600m from head to foot situated on the Goa-Karnataka border is a spectacular enough sight to entice a steady stream of visitors from the coast into the rugged Western Ghats. After pouring across the Deccan plateau, the headwaters of the Mandovi River form a foaming torrent that fan into three streams, then cascades down a near-vertical cliff face into a deep green pool. Water plummets hundreds of feet in large volume, in cascades, forming one of the most spectacular of all natural phenomena in Goa and a lifeline of our ecosystem in one of our sanctuaries.

The day starts with a drive across the vibrant state of Goa, passing through small villages, past bright paddy fields and swaying palms as we head for the local wild life sanctuary (Bhagvan Mahavir Sanctuary). Drive on to Collem to board the four wheel drive safari vans/ safari jeeps to take you to the waterfalls. Time for refreshing swim in the cool clean waters under the cascading streams. Lie down and share the shade of trees and nuts/ bananas with the monkeys. Time to proceed for lunch (on direct payment); close to the famous Shri Mahadev Temple (Tambdi Surla). After some time to relax and then we proceed back to your respective hotel.
